Our guides, checklists and examples are general information to help you understand digital marketing. They are not a guarantee of results for your business, and they are not legal, tax or financial advice. Rankings, ad costs and platform rules change, so check current conditions before acting on them.
Audits and services
Paid audits are delivered as described on their page at the time of purchase. Ongoing services, such as Google Ads management, SEO, websites or AI automation, start only after we agree on a written proposal or contract with scope, price and timeline. That agreement prevails over anything on this site.
Payments for audits are processed by Hotmart, under its own terms. We never ask for card details through our forms or by email.
Your accounts and access
When you give us access to your ad, analytics or website accounts, you keep ownership of them. We use that access only for the agreed work and you can remove it at any time.
Intellectual property
The text, design, code and graphics of this site belong to MarDigital unless stated otherwise. You may share links and quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy entire pages or reuse our design without permission. Names and trademarks of Google, Meta and other platforms belong to their owners and are used only to describe the services we work with.
Links to other sites
We link to official documentation and third-party tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, MarDigital is not liable for indirect losses that come from using the site or relying on its general content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived by law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, which applies from the moment it is published.
