Shared leads, priced to the bottom
Marketplaces sell the same homeowner to several contractors at once. You compete on speed and price before the first conversation.
Florida contractors
Exclusive leads from your own website and ad accounts, not shared marketplace leads. Built for licensed contractors who want better-fit projects.
In short
A contractor marketing agency brings homeowners and property owners to your business through local SEO, Google Ads, Local Services Ads and a website that proves you're licensed and local. We build campaigns around the projects you want more of, filter out small or unqualified jobs, and track every estimate back to the search that produced it.
Marketplaces sell the same homeowner to several contractors at once. You compete on speed and price before the first conversation.
"General contractor salary," "how to become a contractor," "contractor jobs near me." Every one of those clicks costs money and none will ever hire you.
Generic templates fail on speed and trust. Florida homeowners look for license numbers, insurance, hurricane experience and local project photos, not stock images.
Without call tracking and form attribution, there's no way to know whether your ad budget produced ten times its cost in work or nothing at all.
Campaigns around the services that are actually profitable for you, not a keyword dump. Negative keywords from day one, and separate campaigns for emergency work and planned projects.
Google Ads managementRanking for "general contractor near me" in each city you serve: project-type pages, a project gallery with locations, Google Business Profile and FTC-compliant reviews.
SEO servicesFast pages with license and insurance details, real project photos and forms that ask project type, budget and timeline before the call.
Web designThe first company to answer is often the one that gets the job. Automation answers every inquiry in under 60 seconds by text, chat or AI voice agent, even when you're on a job site.
AI automationGeneral, building and residential contractors, plus specialty trades. If roofing, HVAC or remodeling is your main work, those pages go deeper into your trade.
Contractor SEO turns your past work into proof. Each project type gets its own page, and every finished job can become a gallery entry and a Google Business Profile post.
New construction, additions, renovations, storm repair and any specialty you want more of, each with scope, process and photos.
Real photos with the city and scope of each job, the trust signal homeowners look for most.
Services, service areas, photos and answers, updated as you finish jobs.
A request after every job. No fake reviews, no rewards for five stars and no hiding negative ones.
General contractor is an eligible Local Services Ads category, and you pay per valid lead. In search ads, we filter small jobs with negative keywords, ad copy that states your minimum project size and qualifying questions on the form.

Your license type decides where you can advertise and what you can claim. These are the DBPR rules we check before a campaign launches.
A certified contractor can work in any jurisdiction in Florida; a registered contractor only in the local jurisdictions where the license is held. Your ad service area should match your license.
DBPR issues General, Building and Residential contractor licenses, each with a different scope of work. Your pages should describe only the work your license allows.
< $2,500handyman exemption limit
DBPR lists work such as cabinets, countertops, painting, wallpaper, carpet and tile as not requiring a state contractor license, and a handyman exemption for minor jobs under $2,500.
Homeowners can check any license with the DBPR app. Showing your license number on the site and profile removes a reason to call someone else.
What this means for your marketing: your license number appears on the website, Google Business Profile and LSA profile, ad targeting follows where the license is valid, and page copy only promises work you're licensed to do.
Florida's construction market moves on its own calendar. Storm season drives repair demand, and snowbird season shifts remodel timing in Naples, Sarasota and Palm Beach.
Ranking in Naples is a different problem from ranking in Jacksonville, and a statewide campaign misses both. South Florida is also bilingual: Florida had the highest net international migration of any state in 2025 (178,674 people, U.S. Census Bureau), and many of those homeowners search in Spanish.
Emergency repairs and planned projects behave differently. A storm-damage search wants a phone number and a fast response. A planned project search wants a portfolio, a permit explanation and trust signals. They should never share a landing page.
