Lead brokers reselling your inquiry four times
By the time you call back, the customer has already talked to three other movers and the conversation is only about price.
Florida moving companies
Google Ads, local SEO and instant lead response, built around how moving companies actually win jobs. This is the vertical we know best.
In short
We help Florida moving companies get booked moves from channels they own instead of shared lead lists. That means moving company SEO for each service and city you cover, Google Ads and Local Services Ads split by move type, ads that show your registration numbers, and call tracking that ties every booked move to the search that produced it.
By the time you call back, the customer has already talked to three other movers and the conversation is only about price.
Intrastate and interstate moving are regulated differently. If your ads and website claim services your registration doesn't cover, you pay for leads you have to turn away and create a compliance problem.
Van line brokers outspend local movers on the broad terms. Winning means going where they aren't, not outbidding them.
Peak season is exactly when your crews can't answer the phone, and every missed call is a booked job walking to a competitor.
Separate campaigns for local moves, long-distance intrastate, commercial and specialty moves (piano, art, safes), because intent, job value and competition differ in each. Negative keywords from the search terms report and call analysis show which keywords book real moves and which bring price shoppers.
Google Ads managementRanking for "movers near me" in each city you actually serve: service pages, city pages, Google Business Profile and a review process that follows the FTC rules.
SEO servicesThe first company to answer is often the one that gets the job. We set up automation that answers every inquiry in under 60 seconds by text, chat or AI voice agent, even when your crews are on a job.
AI automationCall tracking, form attribution and reporting that connects a click to a booked move.
Analytics and call trackingMoving company SEO starts with pages that match how people search: by type of move, by city and by what they need packed or stored. Each page answers the questions customers ask before they call, and every page shows your registration details.
Local moves, long distance within Florida, interstate (if you hold the authority), packing, storage and specialty items each get their own page with real photos and a clear quote request.
We build city pages for the areas your trucks actually serve, each with its own content. Copy-paste city pages are a doorway risk, so we don't make them.
A complete profile with services, photos and service areas, plus a review request process that follows the FTC rule: no fake reviews, no rewards for five stars, no hiding bad ones.
Most moving searches happen on a phone. Pages load fast, the phone number and quote form are always one tap away, and nothing blocks the content.
Paid search brings calls while SEO builds. We split budgets so a long-distance search never competes with a two-hour local job for the same money.
Moving services is an eligible Local Services Ads category, and you pay per valid lead instead of per click. Google is moving Local Services Ads into Google Ads with pay-per-lead goals, starting in August 2026 with moving among the first categories.
Ad copy, extensions and landing pages are checked against your registration before launch, so you don't pay for inquiries you have to refuse.
A mover transports the goods. A broker arranges the move and hires a mover to do it. Customers are told by FMCSA to check which one they are dealing with, and brokers have their own advertising rules.
We work only with movers, and we never sell or share leads from a marketplace. The leads from your campaigns come to you and nobody else.

Moving is one of the few home service categories where the law tells you what your ads must say. We build these details into every ad, landing page and profile.
Movers that operate within Florida register with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services under Chapter 507, Florida Statutes. Section 507.03(6)(a) requires each advertisement to include the mover's registration number, shown as “Fla. Mover Reg. No.”
FMCSA says a mover that crosses state lines must have a USDOT number and be registered with FMCSA. Brokers, who arrange moves but don't carry goods, must show their physical location, MC number and broker status in their ads.
$600biennial registration fee
The FDACS registration guide lists the fee, cargo and vehicle liability insurance requirements and, for movers with two or fewer vehicles, a bond option. These are the details buyers and Google's verification can ask about.
FMCSA tells consumers to look up a mover's registration and complaint history, to get written estimates after an in-home inspection, and explains that on a non-binding estimate the mover can't demand more than 110% of it at delivery.

What this means for your marketing: your registration number goes into ads, landing pages, Google Business Profile and the site footer, and interstate and intrastate campaigns stay separate so you only pay for moves you can legally perform. Confirm the exact wording with your attorney.

What this means for your marketing: fewer moves come from other states and more come from new arrivals and moves inside Florida. We run Spanish and English campaigns side by side and give in-state long-distance routes their own budget.
Florida moving demand follows seasonal patterns. Snowbird arrivals and departures create swings you can plan for, and long-distance moves inside the state, such as Miami to Tampa or Orlando to Naples, are a category of their own with different competitors than local moves.
Hurricane season creates its own relocation demand. The same storm can produce moves out of affected counties and into safer ground, sometimes within the same week.
South Florida is bilingual. In Miami-Dade, Hialeah and much of Broward, many moving customers prefer Spanish. We write both languages natively, not through a translation plugin.
Cost per lead alone hides which campaigns make money. We measure every step from the click to the booked move.
We run Google Ads and Local Services Ads for an active Florida moving company, and we operate our own moving lead generation property in the Florida market. That work included forensic call analysis, negative keyword architecture, ad rebuilds, LSA configuration and correcting website claims that were generating leads the company couldn't serve.
